Our next P&C meeting will take place Monday 15th September at 7:00pm at Woonona/Bulli RSL. Representatives from Woonona High School will be in attendance to discuss the school’s offerings and the high school transition process. As always, new members are welcome to attend.

Congratulations to the Girls’ Soccer team on a superb South Coast semi-final win last week over Illarroo Road Public School. We are now waiting to find out when the final will take place and against whom. A big thank you goes to Mr Elsley for his time and energy in organising this opportunity. 

Best of luck to all of our students in Years 3-6 for their Term 3 Gala Day this Friday

Congratulations to Jayla M, Nixon C (Year 5), Harlie P, Ella S, Leah S and Sam W for their efforts last week at the Regional Athletics carnival. A special congratulations to Nixon, who finished second place in the Junior Boys’ High Jump and now qualifies for the state final later this term.

We have locked in a date for our Grandparents’ Day Assembly. This will take place Monday 27th October at approximately 9:15/9:30am in the school hall. Detailed information will come out early next term. 

Our first play group session will be held Thursday of this week. If you have a child beginning school in 2026 and who has not been yet enrolled, please do so via our website. If you require more information, please contact the office.

The Scholastic Book Fair will occur this week. All classes will begin browsing on Thursday and students will have opportunities to make purchases during their normal library time, at lunch, or after school with their parent or guardian. A detailed timetable of openings has been sent directly to parents via School Bytes.

Throughout this term and last, I have been reminding students the importance of attending school in the full school uniform. As a reminder, PSSA hoodies, NSW sport hoodies and any related PSSA clothing is not part of the school uniform. We have made an allowance for students to wear these as part of the sports uniform on Fridays. If your child prefers a hoodie, they are now available for purchase with a school emblem through our uniform shop.
