How is it that we are halfway through Term 2!

On Tuesday and Wednesday nights, our Year 4 students went on a fun trip to ZooSnooze at Taronga Zoo. Our students, as usual, were well-behaved. They were excited and interested in everything, which made the trip even better. We saw many different animals, and it was nice to see our students ask questions and talk about what they saw. We live in such a beautiful city, and it was great to see the Vivid Light Festival from a distance. Thank you to the parents for trusting us, and a big thank you to the staff who organised this amazing excursion and gave up their own warm beds to stay at the zoo with our Year 4 students. Thank you for everything you did to make this a lasting memory for our students.

Unfortunately, we have had high numbers of staff absent due to sickness. We cover classes where we can, but sometimes there are no casual teachers available. Generally, our students get split into the same stage so they can continue with their normal routine. Rest assured we do our very best to cover classes to support our students.
