Our next P&C meeting will be held tonight at 7:00pm at Woonona Bulli RSL. As we prepare for the end of the school year and plan for 2026, we anticipate several vacancies on our Executive Team and Sub-Committees due to students graduating or changes in personal circumstances.

In 2026, we will be seeking nominations for the positions of P&C President and P&C Fundraising Coordinator, among others, and more positions may become vacant.

New members are always welcome to join and participate.

We hope that you can join us on Tuesday, 9th December for our annual Presentation Day followed by singing in the hall. The Presentation Day assembly will take place at approximately 9:15am. Following that, parents and carers are welcome to join us for recess break and stay for our concert which will begin at approximately 11:30am.

The date for the Talent Quest is set for Thursday, 11th December. The Talent Quest finalists will receive a note with further details. We are looking forward to an entertaining, fun day! All community members are welcome to join us. 

Following the Talent Quest, we invite all of our volunteers for an afternoon tea to thank them for their time and energy this year. This will take place Thursday, 11th November during our lunch break, at approximately 1:00pm. I thank our many volunteers for their time and efforts this year, making Russell Vale such a great community and school for our students. 

Following the Talent Quest and Volunteer Afternoon Tea, our skippers will be showcasing their skills for one final time this year. This will take place at approximately 2:10pm.

Reports will go home on Presentation Day. As always, these reports will indicate whether the classroom teacher is requesting a parental interview. However, I am reminding you that you too can request an interview and this can happen at any point throughout the school year, including following these reports.

The Year 6 Graduation Ceremony will take place Thursday, 18th December at approximately 9:15am. The celebrations will continue later in the evening. Detailed information regarding the start and finish times has been communicated to families. 

Our Kindergarten students have a planned excursion today, What's Alive at Kiama. I am sure they will have a fantastic time.

Year 6 students will finish their High School transition program tomorrow when they visit Woonona High School. The following day, Stage 3 students head to Berry Sports and Recreation for camp and will return on Friday.
