Parents, Carers and Students

Just a reminder that the School Cross Country is on tomorrow at Stuart Park North Wollongong.  Students will be supervised walking to the venue at 11.00am.  Permission notes must be completed through School Bytes for students to attend.

Any student wishing to leave from the venue (Stuart Park) early or at the conclusion of their race must bring a signed written note from their Parents/Carers indicating the reason and the time of departure.  Students who do not provide a note will be required to return to school under supervision of teachers to then be dismissed from school at the conclusion of the day.

Organisation for tomorrow:

8.50am : Roll Call   

9.00am : Whole School Assembly

9.20am– 10.40am :  Periods 1 and 2 as per normal

10.40am : Students assemble in main quad, rolls marked and then dismissed in roll groups to walk down to Stuart Park North Wollongong.

11.30 : Students arrive at  Stuart Park North Wollongong.

11.45 : First race is called : 17/18 Boys and Girls

Students will return to school at 2.30pm.
