Parents, Carers and Students

The 2025 WHSPA Athletics Carnival will be held on Tuesday 8 April 2025 at the Keryn McCann Athletics Field, Beaton Park.

• Students are to make their own way to and from the venue
• A supervised walking group for students who cannot get to the venue will leave the school at 8.20am and return back to school by 3.00pm
• Students wishing to leave early MUST  have a signed note from their parents or carers indicating the departure time and reason - these notes are to be given to Staff at the time the students are leaving the venue
• No permission can be given for students to leave early by parents or carers ringing the WHSPA Front Office
• There will no classes or supervision for students on the day
