Sydney Trains Apprentices 2026 Intake

• Applications close: 11:59 PM, Sunday 6 July 2025
• Start date: 19 January 2026 (for successful candidates)
• Eligibility:
• Applicants must be at least 17 years of age by the commencement date
• Must have, or be willing to obtain, a driver’s licence by the start date
  
  

This is a great opportunity for students interested in starting a career with Sydney Trains. We encourage you to share this with students who may be considering an apprenticeship pathway.

We’re also offering a two-day workshop for any interested applicants. This workshop provides an insight into the program and helps applicants decide if it’s the right fit for them.

Workshop details:

• Dates: Saturday 5^th & Sunday 6^th July
• Time: 8am – 4pm
• Location: Petersham
