Updated advice for families when a student is a close contact but cannot self-isolate on their own |
The NSW Department of Education has updated its advice for families who are required to self-isolate. In instances where parents or carers deem that their child is not able to isolate by themselves, they may designate a person in their household to care for the child while they are a close contact. If the carer is fully vaccinated, they do not need to co-isolate with the child (they can leave the home). |
