Dear Parents and Carers, on Monday we have our Annual General Meeting where the P&C:

• Provides a formal opportunity for members to receive reports on the P&C’s activities and financial status over the past year.
• Presents and adopts the financial statements to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Elects office bearers and committee members for the upcoming year to manage and lead the P&C effectively.
• Allows members to discuss and decide on any important business or motions.
• Ensures that the P&C operates democratically and in accordance with its constitution.

In order to vote at the AGM, you need to become a member first.  Please follow these steps to become a member and join us on Monday 9/3/26 at 7pm:

1. Complete a Membership Application
Membership forms are available online on the our school's webpage.

2. Pay the Membership Fee
We require a small annual membership fee of $1 which can be paid at the front office. 

3. Approval and Confirmation:
Once the application is submitted and the fee is paid, membership is generally considered approved by the P&C at the meeting or soon after. Members then have voting rights and can participate fully in P&C activities.
