HPS Colour Run Update – Rescheduled for Term 4

Dear Parents and Carers, 

We hope this message finds you well. It is with great disappointment that we have made the difficult decision to reschedule our much-anticipated HPS Colour Run event. The current weather conditions have led us to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our participants.

We understand how much excitement surrounds this event and how disappointing it is to have to change our plans. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. It was our intention to create a joyful and memorable day for everyone involved, and we share in your disappointment.

After careful consideration, we have chosen to reschedule the Colour Run for Term 4 Friday 17^th October. We are optimistic that this new date will allow us to enjoy a beautiful day filled with fun, laughter, and vibrant colours.

Thank you for your understanding and support during this time. Your enthusiasm and participation mean the world to us, and we look forward to celebrating together soon. 

Fundraising

Thanks to the incredible support and enthusiasm from our community, we have successfully met our goal and after expenses we have raised the targeted $15000. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and spirit of our parents, students and staff.

The funds raised will go directly towards enhancing our school technology resources. We believe that these improvements will greatly benefit our students' learning experiences and contribute to an innovative school environment.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in our fundraising activities. Your commitment to our school makes a significant difference, and we are truly grateful for your support.

We look forward to seeing the positive impact of these resources on our students’ education. Together, we are building a brighter future for our children.

Prizes

Given the new date, we don’t want children waiting to receive their prizes, so prizes will be delivered this term. 

We have extended the prize ordering window to close of business next Friday, 16th May.
