Dear Parents/Guardians of Year 7 Students Attending Camp,

Year 7 Camp is just around the corner! Please see below for a few important updates:

1. Student Drop-Off and Pick Up:

• Drop-Off: Students are to be dropped off at school by 6:50am on Wednesday 28 May.
• Pick-Up: Students will return on Friday 30 May at approx. 3:30pm, to be collected from the front of the school.
• You will receive an update via E-News on Friday 30 May when we are approx. one hour away in case of any delays due to traffic.
• Please note that these times are aligned with the scheduled ferry transport to and from the camp venue. 

2. Office of Sport Registration Forms

• Thank you to everyone who has completed the required Office of Sport registration forms. 
• If there is any additional information you did not include on the form (e.g. medical needs or updates), please contact the school as soon as possible.

3. Packing List and Camp Brochure

• Your child will receive a hard copy of the packing list next week (Week 4).
• For your convenience, it can also be found here.

Please note:

• Students must bring their own bedding, including a pillow.
• The link also provides a guide for parents/guardians on supporting children attending overnight camps—especially helpful if this is your child’s first time away from home.
• A brochure from the camp provider can be found here to help facilitate conversations and preparations.
