Next Wednesday, June 11, Year 10 students will be participating in a wellbeing workshop facilitated by the Black Dog Institute called Teens and Screens.
This engaging and evidence-informed session is designed to support young people in developing healthy digital habits and thinking critically about their online interactions.
The workshop draws on research from the Future Proofing Study, Australia’s largest adolescent mental health study, and is currently being piloted with senior students across the country.
