The P&C (via nominated class parents) assist the school in relaying information to parents and carers, but we can’t do this without getting your contact details first. The school is not legally able to provide these details directly to the P&C without your consent. Scan the QR code and complete this form to provide consent to be contacted. 

There are QR codes accessible at the front office and in classroom windows. If you are doing a school drop off or pick up please feel free to use these as well.
