Dear Parents and Carers,

Regular attendance at school is important for students to be able to reach their potential. 

Tomorrow a letter of explanation of absence for any absence that has not, to the best of our knowledge, been explained will be sent home with students. This includes both partial and whole day absences. These letters will be sent home regularly in order for us to have the most accurate record of attendance for your child. 

Please read the letter and return the bottom section to your child's class teacher as soon as possible.

Alternatively you may wish to contact the school by telephone to discuss your child's attendance.
