Dear Parents and Carers, 

School photos will be taken next Monday 31 March. 

We apologise to our families celebrating Eid  for this scheduling but we will work with you to make the photos possible if you wish for your children to attend.  Attached is a schedule for your planning, please let us know if a change would be helpful so that you can meet your Eid commitments. 

• As Stage 2 Before School Dance have a lesson on Monday morning we ask that these students come to the new hall first with their siblings for their sibling photos. They will be given priority for these photos. 
• Band students should have their sibling photos taken after band photos and band rehearsal.
• Band students are NOT required to wear their band shirt. This is a change from the original information issued. 
• For sibling photos children should leave their bags etc on the tiered steps and line up at the door of the new hall.
