Dear Parents and Carers,

 Nominations for the 2025 SGPS P&C Life Membership are now open.

 The SGPS P&C are seeking nominees who have made a major contribution to our P&C or through their role within the P&C, have been a member of the P&C for 5 years and whose last child is finishing at SGPS this year. The Nomination Form and criteria are attached. Do you know someone deserving of P&C Life Membership? If so, please complete the enclosed form.

 Completed forms should be returned by email to etye@sgpspc.org.au by Friday, 31st October.

 Please note that nominations will be considered and voted on at the P&C AGM being held on Tuesday 11 November.
