Dear Parents and Carers, 

Entry forms for the School Swimming Carnival have been sent home with your child today. 

Please complete these and return as soon as possible so that we can commence entering the data into our system. 

A reminder that we will not be accepting any late entries, so if in doubt enter your child in all events that you are considering, and if closer to the day they feel they are unable to compete in a certain event, they can be scratched. 

Year 2 are only to attend the carnival if they were born in 2018 and are entering an event.
