Tomorrow is our annual Swimming Carnival for Years 3-6 and select Year 2 competitors.
Please be at school before the 8:50am bell to ensure a smooth transition onto buses to the venue.
A few things to keep in mind:
Students are to wear their swimwear to school under clothing. Students may choose to wear their sport uniform or their house colours. No thongs or open toed shoes.
Bring a towel, goggles if competing, dry undergarments (underwear, socks, etc) and a plastic bag for wet swimmers. Please ensure ALL ITEMS are labelled.
There is no canteen access for students. Please ensure they have enough food, snacks and water for the day.
It is recommended students come to school with a layer of sunscreen and additional sunscreen to top up throughout the day.
If you wish to take your child home from the venue, you may do so by signing your child out at the First Aid station, run by Mrs Curic.
Seating is limited for parents, you may wish to bring your own chair.
As the carnival is a 3-6 event and all teachers will be present at the carnival, there will be minimal supervision offered to students who are not attending.
We are looking forward to a great day,
Mrs Whitney Richards Ms C. Barclay
