Dear Parents and Carers,       

This afternooon at 4:00pm instructions will be sent out to all parents with students in Kindergarten to Year 2, on how to book for upcoming parent teacher interviews.

Our Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 2 teachers are looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your child's progress.

Kindergarten will hold their Parent/Teacher interviews in Weeks 8 and 9 - 16.03.26-27.03.26

Stage 1 ( Years 1 and 2 ) will hold their Parent/Teacher interviews in Weeks 7, 8 and 9 -  9.03.26 - 27.03.26                                                                                      

Interviews will be of 10 minutes duration.

There will be a limited number of evening appointments available between 3:30 and 7:00pm on Wednesday 25 March.

We hope this gives parents and teachers flexibility in providing suitable times to meet. 

KK - There are limited available slots for KK in Week 9. Further interview times will be made available, dates tbc.

1B - Mrs Ross and Mrs Buckley will both conduct interviews on Mondays, Wednesdays (including the late evening) and Fridays. 

2SB – Mrs Bonnici will be on leave for the duration of interviews. Mrs Stephens will be conducting all of the 2SB interviews.

Teachers will need to start interviews on time so please allow time when booking to move from one child’s class to another. If the interview is not concluded within the allocated time to your satisfaction you are most welcome to make another appointment to meet with the teacher next term. If you have difficulty securing a time that enables you to attend an interview please let us know.
