Dear Parents and Carers, 

Tomorrow all students will be involved in a short AFL clinic where they will complete:

• A warm up activity for 5- 10 muniutes 
• Introduction to marking (catching) (5–10 mins)
• Learning the drop punt (5–10 mins)
• A short skill-based game (approx. 5 mins)

Information about an after school program run by the AFL will also be distributed to students. 

Students may wear sports uniform tomorrow. 

I will also be running the high jump over the next two days. Students should have some level of high jump experience to enter this event. Only students who have provided permission  will be able to participate.  As Friday is a sports day and the AFL clinic is tomorrow all children should be in sports uniform, please ensure they have the shoes they prefer for jumping.
