Dear Parents and Carers,

We are very excited as our Year 6 camp is fast approaching. A few last final reminders before the excursion.

Your child should know if they are travelling on BUS 1 or 2.

• Arrive to school on Wednesday 16th September at 7:15am

• Please drop off your child’s luggage against the fence near the correct bus label at the front of the school

• Students to keep their day pack with them
• Students to mark their name off from their class teacher outside the new hall

• Parents to hand in any medication to their child’s class teacher with the following completed:

• 
  
  • Medication in a snap lock bag
  • Medication to be labelled with student’s name, dosage and directions (time of administration)

  • Parents MUST administer medication required on the morning of the 16th September

  • Students are not permitted to carry medication with them, with the exception of an asthma puffer and/or EpiPen. (Students’ asthma and anaphylaxis medical bags will be taken from school)

Please discuss pick up/going home arrangements with your child prior to camp as we will arrive to school around 2:30pm on Friday 18th.

There will be supervision at school for the students who are not attending camp. If your child does not attend school over the three days a note of absence will be required.
