Dear Parents and Carers,

We have just received the following information from Transport NSW:

I wish to advise that there will be no School Crossing Supervisor (SCS) available at the crossing at Karingal Avenue, Carlingford on Wednesday 9 April 2025 (Afternoon).

Presently, a replacement SCS is unavailable. We will notify you if we are able to source a replacement.

Please be aware, school staff/parents are not authorised to carry out the duties of the SCS and must not use the STOP Children Crossing bat and/or the Transport for NSW uniform.

• Wherever possible, cross the road at a designated pedestrian crossing facility
• Stop! Look! Listen! Think! when crossing the road
• Take care whenever you cross
• Don’t run across the road
