Drop-off and Pick-up Arrangements – This Week
For this week, students will gather in the following areas before school at 8:55 am, and they can be picked up from the same areas at 3:25 pm.
Students must remain in their designated areas and must not wander into the temporary school or new building areas.
GRADE | AREA | CHANGES |
Kindy | Yellow Area | KL, KY, KN will leave bags in the yellow area in the morning. They will be picked up from Yellow area in the afternoon. All other Kindy class drop off and pick up arrangements remain the same. |
Year 1 | Orange Area | Year 1 students will be dropped off and collected from the Orange Area. Students should continue to leave their bags in the Orange Area as usual. |
Year 2 | Pink Area | Year 2 students will be dropped off and collected from the Pink Area. Students should continue to leave their bags in the Pink Area as usual. |
Year 3 | Half Basketball Court | Year 3 students will be dropped off and collected from the Half Basketball Court. Students will place their bags in the Half Basketball Court before school. |
Year 4 | Tennis Courts | Year 4 students will be dropped off and collected from the Tennis Courts. Students will place their bags in the Tennis Courts before school. |
Year 5 | New Location: Wooden Steps and Volleyball Court | Year 5 students will now be dropped off and collected from the Wooden Steps and Volleyball Court. Students will place their bags in this area before school. |
Year 6 | New Location: Red COLA | Year 6 students will now be dropped off and collected from the Red COLA. Students will place their bags in the Red COLA before school. |
There are no changes to the pick-up arrangements for students who use the Turning Circle, walk home, or meet their parents/carers at an agreed pick-up location.
