Dear Parents and Carers,

Three Way Parent / Teacher / Student Interviews are scheduled for the week beginning Monday 15^th June at various times throughout the week. 

Booking slots of ten-minute intervals will be available from 9:00 on Thursday 4th June for you to schedule your Semester 1 interview with your child's teacher. Teachers will review your child’s / children’s Semester 1 Report at the interview, outlining areas of strength and areas for development (or ways that you can help your child at home). 

If you are booking for more than one child on the same day, please leave a 10 minute interval between appointments to allow for walking time between classrooms.

If you require an interpreter for your interview, you do not need to book here. Please let your child's teacher know that you would like an interpreter. All interviews with interpreters will be held the following week, beginning on Monday 22nd June.

How to book a Parent-Teacher Interview

1. Go to the Parent Portal:
    https://portal.schoolbytes.education/auth/login
2. Once bookings are open, you’ll see a red banner on your dashboard.
    Click the “here” link or go to:
    Dashboard -> Interviews
3. Select your child (or children if you have more than one).
4. Choose an available time with the teacher and confirm your booking.
    • Your booking is confirmed instantly.
    • You can also book via the School Bytes app (make sure it’s updated).
