The Prime Park portal for parking and entry registration at Sydney Markets is now live. All Sydney Markets Stakeholders can now access this portal through the SML Buyer's Hub.

All tenants can access the Draft User Guide for Buyers on the Sydney Markets website, to assist you through the parking registration process.

Please be aware that Automated Entry and Parking will commence from Monday, 1st July 2024.

It is important to note that if you are not registered for the SML Hub and have not purchased your pass by 30th June 2024, you will be required to pay a daily entry fee of $11 per vehicle from Monday to Friday, or $2 per vehicle on Friday (from 9:30am), Saturday, and Sunday to enter the Markets.

We encourage all Stakeholders to register early to ensure seamless access to the Markets. 

If you have any queries or issues regarding the Prime Park System, please visit our concierge team who will be available Monday to Friday, 5am-10am at Markets Central (on Centre Road), Building D office and the Flower Market office. Thank you for your cooperation.
