Born in Martirano, Italy, Santo founded and built leading hospitality group Miramare Group over 41 years ago, which his wife and children will continue to honour through his legacy.  He developed many of his relationships through the industry pre-1980’s whilst managing his fruit shop in Mona Vale prior to launching Miramare in Dee Why.

Santo led a life defined by humility, generosity, and hard work. He was deeply committed to providing stability and a bright future for his family, friends, employees, clients, and the extended community. His approach to life was grounded in love, respect, and honesty, and he touched the lives of many with his selflessness and kindness.

Santo’s humility and honesty were central to his character, and his strong work ethic inspired all who knew him. He believed in the value of integrity and was always ready to lend a helping hand to others. His commitment to those he cared for will be remembered fondly by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

Santo was a devoted husband to Alba and a loving father to Ivana, Dianna, Lee and Paul. He cherished his children and their partners and his grandchildren, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication. He will be greatly missed and his life will continue to inspire all who follow the example he set.
