Is paperless invoicing compulsory?
No. Customers not wishing to take part in paperless invoicing will continue to receive paper invoices. However, a $2 administration fee applies.
How will I receive my invoices?
Invoices will be emailed to your nominated person. Invoices will also be viewable on the SML hub by your administrator.
