Update on GTA Access Times Survey Results

I am writing to provide you with an update on the results of the GTA Access Times Survey.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

No change to the current Market hours based upon the following:

• A strong response from the Wholesaler market with 89% response rate.
• Only 37% of responses from SML Shareholders want later opening hours.
• Current interstate delivery times are considered by 86% of respondents as suitable.
• Regarding changing access hours during holiday/long weekends, a 59% response to NO change of hours.
• Daylight Savings extension of Market hours was a firm 80% NO.
• From a Shareholder perspective, there is inconclusive data from the survey to justify any change to the current market hours.
• SML received a very low response from Buyers (approx. 2%).
