 Email providers are increasingly treating bulk emails with attachments as unsolicited or potentially unsafe content.

 Bulk newsletter emails to @hotmail, @outlook and @live accounts have already been blocked by Microsoft. 

Subsequently we will now send our bulletin not by an attachment but rather by a link.
