An important note from Fr David Ranson

On Friday 26 June, the mandate of the Apostolic Administrator Archbishop Randazzo having concluded, the diocesan College of Consultors elected me as Diocesan Administrator. The Diocesan Administrator stands in the place of the Bishop and governs with the authority of a Bishop, until such time as the Holy Father grants us a new Shepherd.  As many will be aware, this is the second time I have exercised this role, the last time being 2018-2019. I remain as Parish Priest of Chatswood and will exercise the role alongside my care of the Parish, though in the coming weeks I will seek some additional clergy assistance for the Parish. Please keep me and our Diocese in your prayer during this time of transition.
