The P&C Annual General Meeting is on this evening at 7pm in the staff room or online at: https://meet.google.com/ngk-qhfs-hsh

This is an important meeting as the Executive and co-ordinators for 2026 will be elected.

The positions up for election are:

PRESIDENT The president is responsible for the overseeing of the P&C. 

VICE PRESIDENT x 2 The Vice President supports the role of the President.

SECRETARY Keeps a record of all business conducted, and distributes any mail received.

TREASURER Responsible for the financial aspects of the P&C including the end of year audit.

FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR Plans, oversees and coordinates any fundraising events.

UNIFORM COORDINATOR Is responsible for the running of the uniform shop.

BAND COORDINATOR Liaises with the school staff and community on band matters.

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR keeps the school community informed about P&C business. 

POLICY COORDINATOR Represents the P&C Committee in all DoE policy matters.

So please come and have your say in who guides the direction of P&C next year – and put your hand up to help, new faces are always welcome.

Note, as a P&C Federation requirement, a gold coin is required to be a voting member for the meeting, so please bring a coin with you.
