Dear parents and carers,

In preparation for Presentation Night students will engage in a rehearsal day on Monday 15 December 2025. This opportunity will allow for students to become familiar with performing on stage and allows the school to practice together and watch each other’s items. 

We will be walking up to The Kings Preparatory School on Monday 15 December 2025. Please ensure your child arrives on time as there will be no teachers on the school grounds after 9.00am.

Yrs 5 & 6 will be leaving school at 8:30am. 

K-4 will be leaving at 9:00am sharp. 

All students will be returning to school by approximately 1:00pm. 

Students will be asked to take their school bags up to Kings, please ensure they do not have heavy pencil cases etc. in them.

Students who are in Band will need to take their instrument and music to Kings. If your child has a heavy instrument please arrive at school before 8.30am so the instrument can be transported to Kings in a teachers car.
