Dear parents and carers,

Tuesday 16 December – Presentation Night 

Our annual Presentation Night will be held at The Kings Preparatory School commencing at 6.30pm. 

• ONLY SENIOR BAND WILL PERFORMING - Concert Band (Senior band) students will need to arrive by 6.00pm so they can be ready to perform at 6:15pm. All other students will need to be at The King’s School at 6.15pm. 
• All students should wear their SUMMER SCHOOL UNIFORM to Presentation Night. Please label all clothing as students will be getting changed into costumes during the evening. 
• Students should bring a bottle of water labeled with their name.

Tuesday 16 December – Band

• Junior Band will be rehearsing in the morning before school as normal.
• The Concert Band (Senior Band) rehearsal will be held during school time.
• All band students will finish school at 3pm.
