Federal Election – Saturday 21 May

· Voters will come to the school at the Federal Election on Saturday 21 May. This event does not involve students.

· This is an opportunity to fund raise from outside the school community. Most voters when they come to vote, buy a democracy sausage and cakes if available.

· At this point, six parents have volunteered to bake for our cake stall. You can bake cakes, cupcakes, brownies, slices, cookies etc and either bring to the stall on Saturday or to school on Friday.

· Two parents have volunteered to help with the BBQ.

· Consequently, we will have to shorten our operating hours from 11am – 2pm.

· Please, we need more help with our cake stall and the BBQ !

· If you are able to help with the BBQ, cake stall or donate baked items, please enter your details in the following spreadsheet.

· If you have verbally indicated that you can help with the BBQ or cake stall, please enter the details in the spreadsheet so that we know where the gaps are roster wise, and if you are donating baked items, when you are bringing in these items.
