Thank you to those families that have completed the online form for students who require medication at the upcoming Stage 3 Canberra camp.

A reminder that this form must be completed by next Monday 31 March 2025, if you child will be bringing any medication to camp (including medication that we may keep at school). 

 We cannot administer any medication, including over the counter medication, without the below information completed and medication provided to the school.

Once we have received this form, we will send home a small bag for you to supply this medication to us before camp. 

Medications will be collected on the Friday before camp (4th April). Please ensure medications are in their original packaging with name and dosage clearly labelled.
