Next week (Week 7), Kiama High School will be conducting a uniform blitz. Students were informed about this during assembly on Monday.

We understand that winter brings colder weather, and we want all students to be warm and comfortable. However, our school has a clear uniform policy that outlines expectations for all students. Recently, we’ve seen an increase in students wearing non-uniform items such as jumpers, undershirts, track pants, and shoes that do not comply with our policy.

At Kiama High School, the uniform fosters a sense of belonging and pride in our school community. Our uniform includes:

• All black shoes

• Navy blue shorts, skirts or pants

• Blue polo shirts for juniors and white polos for seniors

For colder weather, students can wear KHS-branded jumpers, jackets, and tracksuit pants, which are available for purchase through the school’s uniform shop.

The current uniform was developed in consultation with students, staff, and the P&C.
