Dear Families and Year 11 Students,

Please be reminded that if your child is unwell or unable to attend school today, Tuesday 9 September, or on the day of an examination, you will need to contact the front office and notify Laurel O'Sullivan of the absence (4232 1911), as soon as possible. An Illness and Misadventure application form will also be required, with a medical certificate provided as appropriate. These forms are available from the Deputy Principal's office or on our website.

If your child does not have an exam on a particular day, they are not required to come to school. There are no Year 11 classes running for the duration of the exams. However, if your child wishes to study in the library, they MUST sign in and out at the front office. This is a safety issue, and it is essential that we know when students are on-site, other than during their examination times.

It is important that students wear their school uniform when attending examinations. If your child drives to school, please ensure they allow sufficient time to park in appropriate spaces. Any students not following road rules and parking requirements may face parking fines administered by our local council.

Thank you for your understanding. We wish our students the best of luck for the rest of their exams. If you have any questions, please contact me at 4232 1911.

Warm regards

Gordana Sterjovska
