Dear parents and caregivers,

In late Term One 2025, the STEPS program will visit our school. The Statewide Eyesight Preschooler Screening (StEPS) program is an initiative of the NSW Ministry of Health and offers all 4-6-year-old children a free vision screening assessment. It is highly recommended all 4-6-year-old children participate in the vision screening program as many vision problems remain undetected unless a child’s vision is screened by a trained vision screener or tested by an eyecare professional. 

If your child HAS NOT had the screening done already (it is often done at daycare or preschool) please complete the attached consent form and return to school either via email or the office.
