Russell Vale Easter Hat Parade 2025

We are having our Easter Hat Parade on Thursday 10th April 2025 at 11.30, after recess. Traditionally, children make their Easter hats at school with the younger children receiving help from their buddies.

This year there will be a K-2 prize and a 3-6 prize for the most creative Easter Hat made from sustainable materials. The children will be making their hats and storing them at school to surprise you on the day.

* What we need from you:

Bring in a hat or materials to make a hat to decorate.

Collect materials for your hat from the environment and/or purchase materials such as shredded paper, little chickens, mini fake eggs. (No chocolate eggs for decorations).

Bring your hat and decorations to school in a bag clearly labelled with your child's name and class.

Send materials to your child's classroom by Monday 31st March 2025(week 10) at the latest.
