🎄EHPS Carols 2023 is on TONIGHT!🎄

 The weather is looking great and we will be having our annual carols event at the back oval! 

 Don’t forget to bring a picnic rug, chairs and dinner (if you didn’t pre-order).

 Just a few last minute things:

·      Picnic starts at 5.30pm.

·      Pre-ordered dinner can be picked up from behind OSHC Block C building at 5.30pm

·      Formal festivities will start at 6pm

·      Front and back gates will both be open until the end of the event (Back gate closed 30 minutes after the end of the event).

Please see the attached map for where you can sit and where you need to go. Please ensure designated walkways are kept clear at all times for safety reasons. First aid is located under the back shelter area.  

PLEASE NOTE that this is a family event – No alcohol, smoking or vaping is permitted on school grounds. Parents are reminded they are responsible for supervising their own children at ALL times. This includes taking your child to the toilet (in F block) as adults and children will use the same toilets this evening. Children are not permitted to play on the front or back equipment or in other areas of the school. 

Please help by ensuring any grandparents or family members attending understand these messages.
