Temporary to permanent class moves today

Classes for 2024

Dear Parents and Carers

As you are aware we started the year in temporary classes. Our student numbers have now settled and as a result we have moved students to their new classes.

Children who have moved classes were spoken to and the reason (need to shift numbers across the school due to changes in enrolments) was outlined. Students understood and were supported to change classes where required. Please ask your child about this and check their bag for a note explaining if they have moved. If your child did not receive a note (which will also be sent to you via school bytes) then he/she did not change classes. The teachers will continue to collaborate and share programs and information to ensure consistency of learning for your child.

We ask you to support your child and help make this a positive transition by speaking positively about this change. Children are very resilient and will likely see this as an exciting time.  For ideas to support the development of new friendships and other wellbeing ideas you may wish to visit Making friends (nsw.gov.au)Wellbeing (nsw.gov.au)
