Dear parents and caregivers,

The exciting opportunity for your child to perform in the Southern Illawarra Music Festival (SIMF) at the University of Wollongong (UOW) in week 1 of term 4 (either Tuesday 10 October or Thursday 12 October) is fast approaching us. Originally, we were told SIMF would occur in week 2 of term 4, however it has since been moved to week 1 of term 4. The exact date of the evening performance is yet to be confirmed.

Please note, all three things listed in colour  below were due on Friday 5 May, however this deadline has now been extended to Friday 19 May.

• Have you signed and submitted the parent consent form for your child's involvement?
• Has your child signed and submitted the student commitment form?
• Have you paid the $30 combined SIMF fee and bus fare to transport your child to and from the preliminary rehearsal in June and the final rehearsal in October? 

If you answered 'no' to one or more of these questions, please find the digital forms attached to the original SIMF participation commitment note sent via the FHPS app on Friday 31 March. 

Please submit these forms and pay the $30 fee before Friday 26 May.

The arrangements for our choir's participation in the preliminary rehearsal for the festival are:

Thank you to all parents who made the $30 payment and submitted both the parent consent form and student commitment form on or before the original due date. The only new form to submit for you is the permission note attached.
