Good afternoon wonderful choir parents,

Our choir is having a fabulous time and we sound amazing! 

I am writing to you for TWO important reasons. 

Since being arranged in our mass choir lines, we have realised a slight problem. Some of our students (Zanthe, Sydney, Ariel, Gaia, Brielle and Ivy) have been seated in the front row. This is a great thing for their parents, as they will have a clear view of their child the entire time. The downside to this, is that they are seated the entire time which has made keeping their knees together to remain discrete while wearing their summer dress, a very big challenge. I have asked these girls to either wear green stockings/bike shorts under their summer dress OR the skort and short sleeve summer shirt option (if they already own it). I realise this may not be possible, but wanted to let you know ASAP, in case it is. 

Please also take note of the photo attached. This will be our drop off and pick up point for all students both at the start of the night and the end of the night. It is the stairs of the uni hall where we are performing. 

We look forward to seeing you at that meeting point at 6:15 tonight. A reminder that tickets can only be purchase online. There will not be any ticket sales at the venue. The candy bar will be open, but our performers are not allowed to take any food into the hall.
