Dear Kinder Parents and Carers,

We have some exciting news! Our school received a phone call today and has been invited to take part in a Mother’s Day special by ABC Illawarra. They would like to interview a number of Kindergarten students, about how special mum is. If we already have publishing permission for your child and you are happy for them to be involved, then you don’t have to do anything. Similarly, if we do not already have publishing permission, your child will not be asked to be involved. However, if we have publishing permission but you would rather your child NOT be included in this process please contact our office on 4228 655 before Thursday morning.

The interviews will be taking place on Thursday 2 May and may involve either just audio (for radio) or possibly videoing as well. If names are included they will only be first names, not students’ surnames. We will not be able to indicate exactly which students will be included in the interviews or in the final edited piece, but are sure we will have some amazing super-stars!
