Dear parents and carers,

Our next P&C meeting will be held at 7:00 pm in the School Library on Tuesday 12  September 2023. The P&C is open to the School community; everyone is welcome, these meetings are an informal gathering and a great way to meet other parents, so please consider getting involved. 

If you can’t come to meetings, please email your suggestions to  mortlake-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au 

The P&C provides great opportunities for students and assistance to the school through its very active fundraising committee, you can become an active member of the committee or show your support by coming along to a meeting.

Everyone is welcome to attend meetings but only members can vote.  You can become a member for an annual fee of $2, but you don’t need to be a member to attend meetings, volunteer, help on a P&C committee or be active in the school parent community.

We hope to see as many community members as possible next Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm, please find attached the agenda for the next meeting.
